COMPANY POLICIES

  • Regular weekly attendance is pivotal in the growth of all students. Students should arrive promptly with their notebook and lesson materials. If a lesson must be canceled for any reason, please notify the studio within 24 hours. If 24 hour notice is not given, it is considered a missed lesson and no courtesy make-up lesson will be offered. If a make-up lesson was missed or canceled, please note the lesson will be considered complete as we do not “make-up” a make-up lesson. If the instructor misses or cancels your lesson a new proposed date and time will be provided.

  • Tuition for lessons is paid for in advance and reserves your child’s (ren) weekly time slot for lessons. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. If payment is not received by the 3rd of the month, a $15 late fee will be incurred. If tuition has not been paid in full by the 5th of the month, lessons will be suspended until payments and late fees are made. A one-time registration fee of $30 is due each year at the time of enrollment. Payments are due in full and are nonrefundable.

BryKeys Studios accepts Cash, Credit Card, Visa/Mastercard, discover, and American Express via PayPal.

If you wish to discontinue lessons for you or your child (ren) it is required that you give a minimum 2 weeks notice to avoid additional fees, this applies to in-person and on-line lessons.

  • Students are to conduct themselves in a respectful, and polite manner. They must come to all lessons with provided materials and keep all items in a neat and organized fashion. BKS reserves the right to dismiss any student due to excessive absences, non preparedness for weekly lessons, disciplinary problems and/ or parental non-compliance with BryKeys Studios policies.
